That means the ideal candidate will need to sell, convert, onboard, manage and build.Over time, the goal is for this person to create the systems, rhythm and commercial foundations for a broader property management department.What You'll Be Responsible For1. Manage and retain existing TSF clientsProtect and service current educational space sharing and rent roll relationships with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism and follow-through.2. Win new opportunitiesGenerate and convert opportunities from existing pipelines, referral relationships, strategic alliances and inbound enquiry.3. Deliver educational tenant rep outcomesWork with education clients to secure longer-term space solutions through tenant rep style placements and commercial. Launch the asset management divisionBuild the CRM structure, workflows, templates, systems and reporting required for SpaceFinder Asset Management to operate professionally and scale.5. Sign and manage commercial property appointmentsUse your commercial property sales, leasing and management background to identify, win and onboard new management opportunities from existing client pipelines and.
