Our Digital Cadetship Program is designed for university students seeking paid, part-time work in their chosen discipline while they continue their studies. As a cadet, you will have the chance to work with highly skilled professionals in a diverse and flexible environment.
The program offers a 12-month temporary part-time engagement with a minimum of two days paid work per week. You will be exposed to areas that complement your study and help you reach your full potential. This includes:

We are looking for cadets who have a drive to succeed, show initiative, are innovative and have great problem-solving skills. You should be a good communicator and great with people, with a digital mindset balanced with a commitment to delivering excellence and meeting community priorities.
Eligibility criteria include being in your penultimate year of university studies, studying in one of the following areas: information technology, cloud computing, cyber security, computer science, data analytics, robotics, information management, mathematics, business, and being able to commit to work a minimum of two days per week whilst continuing your tertiary studies.
