Workforce Induction Administrator

O’Brien® is a national leader in glazing services, known for delivering outstanding customer service, safety and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Induction Administrator to ensure national onboarding, training and compliance requirements are consistently met across the Glazing Division.

This remote role is central to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and client satisfaction, ensuring our glaziers are fully prepared and job‑ready to meet both internal and customer expectations.

About the Role

The Workforce Induction Administrator is responsible for coordinating induction activities, managing compliance requirements, supporting national key accounts, and providing system support across core operational platforms. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strong national compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage national induction schedules, onboarding requirements and client‑specific compliance to meet key performance targets
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of induction materials, documentation and compliance records
* Provide operational systems support across platforms such as WHS Monitor, Simpro and Workday Learning to ensure employee compliance
* Maintain up‑to‑date digital induction and compliance records, monitoring progress and taking action where required
* Coordinate with internal teams, Premium Account Managers and national stakeholders to support a smooth onboarding experience
* Support key accounts by ensuring induction requirements are met and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of induction processes to enhance consistency and employee experience
* Participate in cross‑training to support the team across additional tasks where suitable and required to meet business needs

About You

* Strong administrative, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working independently in a remote environment
