About the Role
This newly created Sales Administration Support position has been designed to support a busy team of Sales Consultants, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while you manage the administration that keeps the sales function running smoothly.
Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you'll play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing customer quotes and sales documentation
* Checking stock availability and product information
* Processing invoices and payments
* Managing sales administration workflows
* Supporting a team of up to four Sales Consultants
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and trade partners
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom sales process
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Previous administration experience in a retail or wholesale environment
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others
* The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
* Confidence building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Previous sales administration or customer service experience will be highly regarded; however, your administration capability, professionalism and communication skills will be your greatest strengths.

Roster
* Full-time position
* Tuesday to Saturday roster
* Saturday attendance is essential
* Flexibility available across quieter trading days
* Reporting directly to the Retail Sales Manager
