We’re growing fast - and we need more firepower on the East Coast.

This is pure new business development - but not from scratch. You’ll focus on expanding our Gallagher SMB footprint across NSW, QLD & VIC, backed by demand, reputation, and a team that wins together.

Alongside that, you’ll support internal teams with joint calls, field training, and customer coaching. We don’t need to be a tech whiz - just someone sharp enough to understand what matters and know when to loop others in. The product sells itself with technology and smarts that make life easy for those who choose it.

You can live anywhere on the East Coast – as long as you’re willing to get in front of customers and hit the road when it counts.

The Job

- Be the driving force behind our Gallagher SMB growth across NSW, QLD, VIC & TAS
- Own the road - this is 90% field-based, with travel on your terms
- No quotes, No lengthy reports, No packing boxes. Just selling.
- Support internal teams and businesses with joint calls, demos, and training
- Train customers and partners on Gallagher SMB features, benefits, and commercial value
- Field cross-brand enquiries and loop in the right teams - know when to delegate
- Identify demand, create momentum, and make things happen!

- Confident presenting and training in group settings
- Strong commercial instincts - you know the difference between selling and storytelling
- Must have full working rights and be ready for travel across the East Coast
