All States Building Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Devonport area.
This full-time position entails completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in mutiple areas covering the Devonport area and will likely require travel around Tasmania, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
Minimum Requirements
* Multi-skilled, efficient, and detail-oriented
* Available Monday-Friday with the potential for weekend work.
* Must be willing to travel
* Possession of a WHS induction white card
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
* Ability to pass a Working With Children Check in VIC
Preferred Qualifications
* Tidy and well-presented
* Possession of required general hand tools
* Self-motivated and driven
* Current driver's license
* General carpentry background
* General handyman skills
* Good communication and writing skills
* Knowledge of OHS
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
