About The Facility
Major sites include University Hospital Geelong, McKellar Centre, Barwon Health North, and aged care facilities. The Pharmacy Department employs 120 staff across various roles, providing clinical, aseptic, oncology, and outpatient services, with a focus on safety, research, and education.
Role Overview
Develop your skills as a pharmacy technician in hospital settings, supporting pharmacists in providing quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pharmacy services at multiple campuses, primarily at St John of God Hospital
* Assist ward pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmacy services
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate Requirements
Essential: Current hospital or community pharmacy experience
Desirable: Current PBS experience
