How the process works

- Talent Acquisition Review: If online assessments are successful, our recruitment team will review your resume for past experience and transferrable skills and phone screen you to assess your suitability for current and future roles with CommBank.
- Talent Community Membership: If successful at assessment and review stages, we’ll confirm your membership in our talent community for ongoing engagement for upcoming roles.
