We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic coaches to inspire and guide our swimmers across all levels in a supportive and energetic training environment within our expanding squad programs.We're seeking coaches with proven experience in group coaching, the ability to deliver high-quality programs, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to helping swimmers achieve their personal best.
Our squad pathway caters to a wide range of swimmers, from Mini and Junior Development and Performance squads, through to Multi-Sport, Fitness and Adult programs.Located in the beautiful Illawarra region, just 80 minutes south of Sydney, Shellharbour is home to over 82,000 people.
