Senior Test Analyst – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Join the Enterprise Business Platform team, responsible for delivering high-quality operational and technical application development and support across Microsoft Dynamics solutions including D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, and the Power Platform.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop test artefacts including test plans and summary reports
* Manage and coordinate test efforts and teams as needed
* Ensure testing standards align with organisational and industry best practices
* Mentor subject matter experts in testing processes
* Derive, maintain, and execute test cases and associated data from detailed requirements
* Document and report test results thoroughly and accurately
* Coordinate issue resolution and escalate risks or quality concerns
* Assist with test environment management
* Provide timely updates to the Test Manager
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications within an Agile SDLC
* Strong project experience with a focus on delivering on time and within budget
* Knowledge of technologies and ICT infrastructure in complex environments
* Familiarity with test methodologies and tools such as ALM – Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Well-developed documentation and reporting skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Effective time management in a high-pressure, multi-priority environment
