Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, collaborating with directors and other professionals across disciplines to deliver exceptional results.
* Lead the development of project concepts, spatial planning, and detailed design
* Oversee the selection of FF&E, joinery detailing, and finishes documentation
* Manage client relationships and communicate effectively
* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and builders during project delivery
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
* 7+ years' experience as an Interior Designer in Australia
* A strong portfolio showcasing design flair, conceptual thinking, and technical ability
* Proficiency in Revit software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A detail-oriented approach and a passion for good design
* A collaborative and curious attitude, with the ability to work calmly under pressure
* A solid background from a reputable Architecture and Design firm
