Overview
Join BaptistCare as a Marketing Specialist for a 6-month role. The position is part-time (three days per week) with a flexible arrangement: work from home on Mondays and collaborate in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of targeted digital and social media campaigns to promote Community Services and Housing initiatives.
- Utilise advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
- Coordinate all Community Services and Housing promotions, materials, and campaigns with a focus on digital-first planning and execution.
- Provide support to the Marketing division across a range of marketing and transformation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent marketing coordination experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and web development/maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
