Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland provides high-quality provision of care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 5 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.
Working closely with the school community, St Catherine's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Proserpine provides an engaging, interactive, and educational after school hours care service to extend each school day. While not the largest facility, the St Catherine's team ensures that the service is a family-friendly place, where the door is always open.
About the position
St Catherine's OSHC is seeking enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our Before and After School Care team, including one dedicated Inclusion Support Educator.
These casual roles involve split shifts, with hours typically scheduled between 6:30–8:30am and 2:00–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, inclusive practices that support the diverse needs of children. You'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every child feels supported, valued, and able to thrive.

What We're Looking For:
* Certificate III in Early Childcare Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or previous experience supporting individuals with additional behaviours
* A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain these certifications
