Join Suncorp Group as a Product Design Specialist, where you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge propositions across our Consumer Insurance portfolio. This is your opportunity to drive prevention and protection outcomes through innovation, data, and digital technology all while contributing to safer roads and a better customer experience.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and rollout of new customer propositions in our Motor Insurance portfolio
* Use design thinking and customer research to validate new concepts and create engaging, user-focused experiences
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Digital, Claims, Marketing, Distribution, and external partners
* Use mobility data to inform safety innovations and guide feature development
* Deliver data-led insights and communicate the value of new product ideas from desirability, feasibility, and viability perspectives
* Play a key role in shaping the future roadmap for Motor Insurance at Suncorp
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in product design, innovation, or development (5+ years preferred), ideally within insurance or financial services
* Strong design thinking capabilities and a passion for improving customer experience
* Proven success working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder groups
* Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Design, Innovation or related disciplines (desirable)
