The opportunity
As the National Bid Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for leading the bid team to support the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects.
* Lead and monitor the strategy for all tender documentation, design and delivery
* Design and implement processes, guides and resources to support best practice bid production across the business
* Manage, develop and coordinate the bid team
* Evaluate tender requirements and coordinate tender responses and other client prospect pitch materials
* Develop and drive tender timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitate tender team meetings
* Develop bid and tender processes and resources including templates, standard content; including research and write non-technical or standard content; produce graphics, charts and tables
* Support and train Hindmarsh team members in the bid and tender processes and templates
To be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience:
* Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, Marketing
* Experience preparing bids & tenders in the Construction industry
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative
