About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems designed to make your day smoother. The role is full‑time and ideal for someone who enjoys working close to home in the southern suburbs.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Managing a tidy residential portfolio end‑to‑end
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades in a professional manner
* Rent reviews, arrears management and lease renewals
* Organising repairs and maintenance
* Advertising properties and processing tenancy applications
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and agency standards
Skills & Experience
* Current Property Management Licence is essential
* Experience in residential property management
* Strong knowledge of SA tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team
* Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and Airtable is highly desirable
