Your New Role
Based at Greentech Byron Bay, you will be responsible for ensuring goods are received from suppliers on time and undamaged. The role will assist with loading and unloading of products, the safe and timely delivery to our customers and various branch activities as required.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring items are properly packaged and ready for shipment. Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed. Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time, maintaining high efficiency and customer satisfaction. Keep the warehouse organised and presentable, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Conducting same-day, local deliveries and return runs. Safely loading and unloading goods at customer and supplier sites. Performing daily vehicle checks and maintaining logbooks. Perform various ad-hoc duties around the branch as needed to support smooth operations.

This role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, where exceptional common sense and teamwork are essential. To be successful in this position, you will:
Ideally have previously worked in a similar warehouse/driving position.Be excellent at managing your own time and a real ‘self-starter’; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done. Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, in accordance with safe work practices. Be more than happy to move around on your feet all day - this role can be physically demanding at times and requires someone fit with a “can-do” attitude! Work well in a team and be prepared to jump in and help out with customers when needed. You have a valid driver's licence, HR truck licence, and ideally a forklift licence. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions - Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
