**Dynamic Tender Coordinator Position**
This strategic role offers a wide scope of responsibilities, including developing and promoting tender efforts to achieve business objectives.
Key duties will include:
* Ensuring document alignment with the win strategy through proofreading
* Collaborating with tender response teams to develop compelling responses
* Crafting document content, producing marketing communications, and converting data into meaningful information to produce persuasive proposals that secure business wins
* Supporting the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database and global contact directory
* Preparing strategic plans for social media presence and scheduling posts nationally
* Providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Graduate-level qualifications or 3 years' relevant experience in a similar field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
* High-level communication skills (written & verbal)
* Experience in developing and writing content
* Intermediate IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy when dealing with people issues; approachability, personability, and building rapport easily with diverse personalities
