Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Administration Officer. The role involves providing administrative support to the front office, student enrolment, and general school administration. You will be responsible for delivering high-level customer service, coordinating events, managing administrative systems, and supporting communication.

About the Role:
This part-time Administration Officer position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in working with various software applications. You will be required to exercise initiative, prioritize workloads, and maintain discretion and confidentiality. If you are a proactive and professional individual who enjoys working in a team environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-level customer service to students, families, and the community* Coordinate enrolment processes and support school events* Manage administrative systems and student records* Provide first aid and oversee sick room responsibilities* Support school communication and executive administration

What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community* Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, prioritize workloads, and maintain discretion and confidentiality* Practical experience in working with computing software applications including Office 365, EMS modules, school learner management systems, and other applications required to perform administrative and clerical tasks effectively
