About You

- Knowledge and adequate experience working in a Property Management
- Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills and intuition

- Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills
- High degree of accountability and attention to detail

Position Summary

We are wanting to add to our superstar Property Management team with Property Managerwith passion to join our reputable and well established company.

Key Requirements

- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- NSW Drivers Licence
- Own Vehicle

Job Responsibility

- Manage and maintain a rent roll of properties, including rent arrears, repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate alongside the team to ensure that high quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the management of properties
- Ensure relationships are maintained through effective engagement and liaising with all landlord’s for a seamless experience.
- Maintain all documents, notes and CRM to 100% accuracy and delivered on time.
- Coordinate or conduct property inspections (Routines, Ingoings, Outgoings)
- Prepare or oversee all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties
- Conduct regular market appraisals for the purpose of advising landlords or potential landlords of market movements and making suitable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver necessary submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal on behalf of property owners
- Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with the owner’s instructions.
- Conduct and / or oversee Open House Inspections for vacant or upcoming vacant properties
- Conduct and / or oversee tenant selection, advising landlords as necessary
- Develop current business to build the property portfolio and achieve growth in the property management revenue
