* Salary: $84,096 - $95,103 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Provide high-level executive support to the University Librarian and help shape the future of library services.
The Opportunity
As the Library Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the University Librarian and the Library Leadership Group. This position is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative, operational, and strategic activities within the Library.
You will manage complex scheduling, prepare high-quality reports and presentations, and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the effective functioning of the Library and its alignment with University priorities.
This role also involves supporting divisional projects, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate documentation systems. You will be the trusted point of contact for enquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses while upholding confidentiality and compliance with University policies.
What Success Looks Like:
* Managing diary, correspondence and schedules efficiently and to a high standard.
* Coordinating reports and documentation to support strategic decision making.
* Communicating with clarity and effectiveness to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Support project coordination and tracking of divisional initiatives.
* Organise travel, events and logistics for executive engagement, project meetings and all-staff activities.

About You
* Previous Executive Assistant experience (ideally within Libraries).
* Project management experience will be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an emphasis on proactive problem solving.
* A friendly personal manner with values aligned with the university.
