A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Automotive Stock Controller, to join a well-established, multi-franchised dealership, located in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane.
This role will see the successful candidate support the Sales Department of one major brand, spread over three locations. It's a great opportunity for a candidate who has prior experience in a similar role and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will be an energetic individual who loves to be kept on your toes. You will be joining a close-knit team, in a supportive environment, at the sites centralised administration department.
Duties include but are not limited to assisting in the preparation of contracts, sourcing stock, observing compliance, tracking stock and generally pitching in to do whatever is required to ensure the customers new purchase is a smooth process from the moment the sale is secured till it is delivered. Data entry of customer and stock details will be uploaded/entered into the required online portals and internal database.
Essential requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 12 months previous experience in the role
* Good communication - verbal and written
* Customer service skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
* Ability to get into the role, work autonomously
