Job Overview
This entry-level position involves providing administrative support to a senior team, ensuring media campaigns run smoothly. As the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will build foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of media processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to contribute to effective working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners.
* Support the team in executing and optimizing video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns to exceed client targets.
* Assist with document preparation, including WIPs, post-analysis, final buys, contact reports, and timeline management.
* Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations, and reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* An interest in learning and understanding the media and advertising marketplace.
* Demonstrated business acumen, data analysis skills, and numerical aptitude.
* A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Tech savviness, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.
