And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.**YOUR ROLE*** Ensure compliance with all company occupational health, safety and environment policies and work practices* Achieve production schedule, by ensuring quality products are produced safely* Prioritise the requirements of trials in your area in line with business needs* Responsible to ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to for their specific area* Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects in your area of responsibility**YOUR EXPERIENCE*** Previous work in a Manufacturing environment* Experience in a supervisory role* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Analytical and investigation skills.* Appropriate Technical / Trade qualifications are desirable**AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY**A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
