What You'll Be Doing:
Create genuine connections with customers and help them find products they love
Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm to drive sales
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Process stock deliveries and keep the store looking fresh and full
Operate registers with speed and accuracy
Work as part of a high-performing team to meet store targets
Follow safety and operational procedures to keep things running smoothly
Take part in training and coaching to sharpen your skills
What We're Looking For:
A love for retail, fashion, or sport-and a great attitude
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and key trading days (including Boxing Day & New Year's)
Reliability, energy, and a willingness to learn
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
