Administration Coordinator
This role involves overseeing the administration of construction projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, with experience working on large-scale projects.
* Coordinate administrative workflows across live construction projects and internal systems.
* Manage high-volume email, documentation, and job orders with confidence (document control).
* Liaise directly with builders, consultants, and internal managers.
* Prepare fee proposals, process work orders, and support invoicing (Xero).
* Maintain accuracy across job records, registers, documentation, and correspondence.
* Support workflow visibility and reporting using Karbon or similar platforms.
What We're Looking For
* A professional who has 3-6 years of relevant experience in construction administration or pre-construction administration;
