for drivers and customers
Manage real-time changes and
resolve issues

About You
Previous experience as a Customer Service Rep in the Transport or Logistics space, Transport Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Transport Coordinator, Transport Scheduler, Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Scheduler or anything similar is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Proactive and confident with technology
