OverviewThe College of Climate Change - Head Office in Malaga, Western Australia.About the roleThe Call Centre/ Outbound Sales Manager is a leadership position responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of sales and customer service support by our call centre staff.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the College Executive Team.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership, management and supervision to call centre staffProvide effective outbound sales support and managementPartner with trainers and other teams to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectivesLeverage expert knowledge to guide staff on relevant legislation, policy and reporting requirements in the VET industryIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in student support and call centre operations/ outbound salesOversee customer relations management resourcesQualificationsThe person we seek will have the followingA Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant and recent experience in service provision management and administration, preferably in a call center/ outbound salesExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and work independentlyWell-developed leadership and people management skillsWell-developed time management and organisational skillsHigh levels of initiative and problem-solving skillsWell-developed analytical and data reporting skillsStrong commitment to customer serviceWork environment & commitment At the College, we promote and embrace an inclusive and diverse workforce.
