Drive Fleet Sales Growth

Mazda seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.

* Implement strategies to achieve vehicle sales growth.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, fleet managers, and leasing companies.
* Develop business frameworks to capture fleet opportunities.
* Prepare and manage tenders and pricing proposals to win large-scale fleet contracts.
* Support dealer partners with pricing, programs, and business development initiatives.
* Report on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market activity.


About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager – Fleet & Corporate, you will be responsible for driving growth across corporate and fleet sectors by implementing national strategies, building strong networks, and influencing decision-makers at the highest level.

* Lead a cross-functional team to implement Mazda’s corporate and fleet strategies.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
* Manage tender processes and pricing proposals to secure new business.
* Provide training and support to dealer partners on pricing, programs, and business development initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic planning and implementation.
* Relationship-building and networking.
* Tender writing and negotiation.
* Dealer partner management.
* Market analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

* Senior-level experience in business development.
* Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
* A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated success in tender writing and securing new business.
* The ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, senior managers, and dealer networks.
