We're on the lookout for someone who knows how to run a shift, keep the vibe buzzing, and look after a small crew like they're family. With rotating shifts and some late night closes, you'll need to be adaptable, switched on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Overview
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a outstanding vibe
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
Qualifications
You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
You've learned from outstanding managers and now you're ready to step up
You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
