Job Title: Operations and Compliance Support Officer
This role is about providing key support in various areas to ensure the effective operation of technical facilities across our Health Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to operational efficiency through compliance support, maintaining facility induction records, health and safety records, and equipment service records.
* Undertake financial transactions using our finance systems, including purchasing supplies and managing budgets.
* Maintain and manage group contact lists and assist with updates to SharePoint sites.
* Keep up-to-date health and safety compliance records, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and record filing.
* Assist in preparing routine and ad-hoc reports and correspondence.
* Help monitor team performance and assist in compliance monitoring, reporting, and project support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate diploma level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience in PC1/PC2 facility environments and familiarity with lab equipment and maintenance support.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive) and SharePoint content management.
