What You'll Do
* Collaborate with management to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple departments
* Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across LinkedIn, Seek, and other job boards
* Source and screen candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, inbound applications, and referrals
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
* Assist in building and refining our recruitment processes and candidate experience
* Maintain our ATS and recruitment trackers with clear, up-to-date data
* Represent the Software Co brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity at all times
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency-side recruitment
* Strong experience hiring for roles across sales, marketing, tech, and operations

* Confident in sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, self‐motivated, and able to manage multiple open roles
* Based in Sydney and able to work from our office 2–3 days per week
* A genuine passion for people, culture, and helping others succeed
