Hotel Operations Manager Position
This is a dynamic opportunity to lead daily operations of the secretarial and business support team. The Hotel Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating office services for efficiency and compliance with policies, supervising administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence, and leading and supervising hotel, food, linen, and environmental services teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service and resident well-being, knowledge of food hygiene, safety protocols, and environmental cleaning standards, and ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively across departments. A background in hospitality or health services is highly desirable.
