Audio Visual Specialist - Command Centre
This is a unique opportunity to work as an Audio Visual Specialist in our dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our command centre.
1. Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on all audio-visual equipment within the command centre.
* Assist in resolving any technical issues with audio and visual equipment in various rooms.
* Ensure that audio and visual devices are operational before meetings.
* Communicate with other specialists for assistance when required.
* Administer SharePoint log books and manage room arrangements for meetings.
2. Requirements:
* Technical skills in using audio visual equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
* Experience in supporting audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment.
* Demonstrated computer literacy, especially with corporate systems and multimedia technologies.
* Ability to act with discretion and integrity while handling sensitive information.
* Proven experience in administrative support to programs and effective communication skills.
