A national Financial Services Co. boasting an excellent industry reputation, are seeking the expertise of a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis.

Reporting to the Australasian Talent Lead, you will look after;
- Reviewing and shortlisting internal and external CVs
- Providing sourcing support for mid-senior level roles
- Advertising jobs through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), internal job board and other recruitment channels
- Interview scheduling - this includes organising interviews across multiple time zones
- Providing HR service centre with new hire information for employee orientation
You will ideally have;
- Understanding and experience of full end-end recruitment lifecycle
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Prior working knowledge of any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - preferably Elmo
