Senior Human Resources Manager Position
This is a key role for an experienced HR professional who can lead our people strategy and operations.
We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile HR leader to take ownership of the HR function, ensuring that our workforce is supported, developed, and motivated to achieve business goals.
The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with expertise in IR/ER matters, injury management, payroll systems, and modern awards.
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations including performance management, recruitment, development pathways, policy development, award interpretation, return-to-work coordination, and payroll support.
You'll work closely with all levels of the business to deliver practical solutions that balance tradition with future growth, building strong relationships and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Qualifications
* Strong HR generalist experience, preferably in a similar industry.
* Confidence in IR/ER matters and injury management.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and modern awards.
