Job Title: Customer Service Team Member
About the Role:
The role of the Customer Service Team Member is a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and store operations. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral member of our customer-facing team, responsible for effectively delivering store activities in support of sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures
* Manage cash handling and tendering transactions
* Ensure multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity
* Provide excellent telephone management and enquiries
* Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses
Requirements:
* Skillful in handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
