About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the property while ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering first-class front-of-house service, including occasional support at the front desk, ensuring guests are welcomed with exceptional hospitality.
• Providing end-to-end building and facilities management, including preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, and compliance with regulations.
• Managing budgets, reporting, and administration with accuracy and integrity.
• Leading, guiding, and developing a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Liaising with stakeholders including apartment owners, body corporate committees, contractors, and guests.
• Responding proactively to issues and emergencies to maintain smooth operations.
• Being available to work weekends when required to support operations and ensure continuity of service.
About You
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role within a hotel, resort, or luxury residential environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• High-level customer service focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with budgets, trust accounting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of building management, facilities management, or body corporate operations is highly desirable.
• Confident in working autonomously and maintaining professionalism at all times.
