Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute data-driven recommendations at scale, driving business growth and improvement.
* Monitor key user operational metrics focused on retention, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
* Innovate processes and systems to drive improvements in billing support offerings.
* Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems, providing timely solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
* 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing or technical role.
* Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
* A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Empathy and a passion for problem-solving.
