We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As the core role of Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and in full compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
* Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with business and project targets.
* Review architectural drawings and technical specifications to identify suitable construction methods and approaches.
* Coordinate and prioritize resources including labour, materials, machinery and equipment for efficient project delivery.
* Prepare tender and contract proposals, and conduct negotiations with clients, suppliers and stakeholders during the project.
* Track project progress, analyze budget variations and take corrective measures to maintain cost control.
* Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and site teams to resolve issues and maintain coordination.
* Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant laws, safety standards and quality requirements.
* Lead, supervise and manage on-site staff to drive project milestones and achieve successful project delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in architecture or related fields preferred.
* Possesses a deep understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant building codes and regulations;
* Exhibits outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strong aptitude for critical thinking and the formulation of practical, actionable solutions;
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, and various forms of technical documentation;
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison and coordination with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams.
