**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager has become available.

Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will be managing the administration functions for this neighbourhood shopping centre based in the Gold Coast.
**Duties**:
- Providing highly effective administrative support to the Centre Manager
- Annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting in an accurate and timely manner
- Accurate lease set up and tenant lease compliance/administration i.e lease audits
- Accurately maintain records for lease year and financial year calculation for outgoings, percentage rent, and rent reviews.
- Support the Centre Manager with property administration tasks including tenant account reconciliations
**The skills and experience required for this role**:
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, suitable for an Administration Manager or Assistant Centre Manager
- Sound knowledge of management software of Cirrus8, or similar
- Previous exposure to Shopping Centre Management/Administration highly desirable
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
