Job description: To provide rental appraisal on properties based on CRM data, photos and statistics. This is a contract role & can be done remotely or on the side with your current role (if your current role permits).
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Strong sense of autonomy
* Ability to use online systems including cotality & learn our in-house portal
* Ability to accurately appraise rental estimates based on photos & CRM data.
* Real estate agent license (mandatory)
* Valid ABN
