Our clients, based outside the central business district in Melbourne, are seeking a highly motivated and professional Property Manager to deliver exceptional service to their rental providers and renters.

Key features of the position include:
* A clean local portfolio with approximately 140 properties
* Flexible working hours, with the option to work from home
* Monday to Friday working hours only
* A competitive remuneration package, inclusive of superannuation
Another client has a predominantly South Yarra portfolio with approximately 160 properties. This role also offers flexible working hours and a competitive remuneration package.
Other opportunities exist in Caulfield and Hawthorn, with varying portfolio sizes and requirements.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* Experience managing a residential portfolio
* A current and valid Agent Representative Certificate
* Proficiency in a property management program
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivation and a proactive approach
