General Cover Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible

Duties as General Cover Teacher:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement
Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation
Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth handovers
Ideal General Cover Teacher:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
Strong classroom management and adaptability
Reliable, flexible, and professional as a General Cover Teacher
Able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
Experience in secondary settings preferred but not essential
