About The Role
You'll help customers recycle correctly, keep the site safe and tidy, and make sure materials are reused or disposed of responsibly. This is a physically demanding, hands‐on role working in hot conditions. Flexibility is required, including weekend shifts, weekday shifts, and ad hoc relief work as needed.
What You'll Do
* Assist customers to unload and recycle materials safely
* Sort and stack items for reuse, recycling, or safe disposal
* Inspect loads and guide drivers to the right areas
* Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
* Passion for recycling and sustainability
* Commitment to supporting people with disability
* Flexibility for shifts (weekends and weekdays)
* Licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and able to move/lift items
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Willing to obtain Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check
