Key responsibilities include:
* Performing general maintenance duties, including assistance to residents and site staff
* Maintaining and developing the gardens and grounds, including mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding, and edging
* Providing support to residents and site staff with maintenance-related tasks
* Monitoring and reporting on any maintenance issues or concerns
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
