Description
We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our renewable energy division, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic growth objectives in the Australian market.
This position is responsible for growing sales and the sales pipeline by unlocking the full sales potential of our key accounts through cross-business unit coordination, strategic relationship management, and market insight.
With Australia poised for significant growth in the renewable energy sector over the coming decade, this role is essential to ensuring we are well-positioned to capture market momentum and deliver integrated solutions aligned with client and market needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Grow both sales and the sales pipeline, particularly with key accounts.
* Position us as a leader in the market by fostering strong customer relationships.
* Contribute to shaping and driving our Australian market sales strategy.
* Develop and execute strategies for managing the sales pipeline, lead generation, contract negotiations, and order intake throughout the APAC region.
* Identify new customers and establish partnerships.
* Build and nurture trusted business relationships with current and new customers to foster long-term partnerships.
* Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and delivery on commitments.
Requirements:
* Educated to at least degree level (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
* Proven experience in dealing with customers, business development, and sales.
* Established network of contacts in the Australian renewable energy industry.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including wind, solar, grid, and storage technologies.

* Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a strong professional network.
* Excellent pitching and planning skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Work Environment:
* A normal office environment with regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and reaching.
* Domestic and occasional international travel for meetings, site visits, and conferences.
* Occasional work outdoors, including site visits and walking on uneven terrain.
