The Position
Chefs – Bulk cooking experience & cert 111 Commercial Cookery required
Hospitality Allrounders – work across kitchen, housekeeping & Bar
Site Administrators – must have booking / admin experience + Cert 111 Business Admin or similar.
The Person
Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
Experience in Hospitality, food service, bar & retail, or housekeeping
Must hold a White Card
Must provide valid Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Allrounders must have a reliable car & driver licence to travel to site
