Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & caring customer centric individual to join our Leadership Team at El Cortez Hotel as our Bottle Shop / Retail Manager. You would lead your collective Retail Team to successfully operate our Bottle Shop in a role that combines both FOH & BOH duties.

**To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- +12months of previous experience in the same or similar role
- A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience
- A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude
- High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well
- Experience with Stocktakes, Ordering, Invoicing & GP Management
- Ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting and may be repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Possess flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Bottle Shop's operating hours.
- Possess a current RSA certification.
- Possess a current Forklift Licence (preferred)**Duties and Responsibilities**
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations of our Bottle Shop. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading the Retail Team, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
