About the Role:
As a Pool Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of customers within the aquatic environment. This position requires a high level of awareness to pre-empt any potential issues that may arise, and the ability to engage and personable with customers to ensure their experience is positive and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all staff and customers within the aquatic environment
* Responsible for the safety and experience of all customers
* Engage and personable with customers to ensure their experience is positive and safe
* Maintain the highest levels of awareness to pre-empt any potential issues that may arise
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
2. Hold or be willing to attain Pool Lifeguard, first aid and CPR qualifications
3. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
4. Have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
